Keeping it (a little more) simple

I've been doing some market research, and it seems I've got a couple of products that are not quite like anyone else's. Plus, people like them. But before I get into that, let me back up.
So, for a while now I've been offering 5 products in multiple styles, with choices of about 100 fabrics, 25 trim colors, and 25 snap colors. Try and compute how many possible variations that is! Does that make your head spin? It does mine! As order volume has grown and grown, keeping up with all of this is getting too crazy. I get myself confused, and I am a naturally organized person.
Therefore, its time to streamline. Starting in April, I'm going to stop offering some of my products, even though they are very nice. What's going?

So if you must have them, the last stocking of these custom slots will be March 27. This is hard to do, but it must be done.
Starting April 6, I'll be stocking Fishnoodles covers and AIOs only.
Since the covers are by far my best sellers, I have to think that's where the greatest need is. I want to offer mamas all the custom choices for their covers in both Snapper and Wrapper styles. Plus I'd like to be able to offer some instock as well, for folks who want it quick or want to see what it looks like in finished form before buying.
In addition, the Solo Flyer AIOs have been getting raves and are unique in how they are made. I'll keep offering those as customs too.
I hope this change will allow me to provide the best possible products and customer service.

The vote for most popular is...

...the front snap version of the Snapper diaper cover with gussets. Congratulations, Snapper, you've been selected as the winner for this week's stocking! Available in two prints that really say "spring" to me - boats and little blossoms.

I went back and looked at all my orders for the last 7 months and tallied up what the most popular custom choices have been in terms of item and styling. I'll be selecting from among those for some good candidates to make for in-stock, in addition to the custom slots.
I've had people contacting me, asking whether I had anything ready to go right away so they could try me out. The answer was no, but now it will be yes. I'd rather say yes, wouldn't you?
